We are Hometown Society Ltd, a consultancy and property solutions company supporting organisations across social care. Our team brings experience from working within and alongside local authorities and care providers. We started Hometown Society because we care about the people these services are there for, and we know that even committed providers do not always have the time, tools or support to turn a good idea into a service that works well in practice.
Our aim is to help organisations build services around the people who use them. That means taking a person-centred, strengths-based approach, understanding the local community, and looking at people’s needs as a whole. It also means helping providers plan carefully and work towards the standards expected by Ofsted, CQC and local authorities, where relevant to their service.
We bring together social care insight, location and property viability, service design, registration readiness, set-up coordination, outcomes thinking and sustainable growth.
